• Full onsite for the first 3-6 months during the probationary period
• Hybrid work setup upon regularization, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in Alabang

Flexible start time between 8:00–9:00 AM (Manila time), with 8 working hours exclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
