Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure contracts flow smoothly upon receipt from the Sales teams.

• Assist sales in proposing alternative bus routes to agencies/clients when the requested routes are unavailable for booking

• Send timelines and line arts upon booking

• Vet artwork from agencies/clients to ensure they meet company standards.

• Prepare the job sheet and ensure it is forwarded to the production department upon receiving final artwork

• Send the installation schedule to clients and arrange bus viewing/inspection upon approval.

• Ensure the continuity of work by stepping in as a buddy system when other Sales Support staff are on leave.

• Liaise with internal departments to deliver tasks necessary for the campaigns.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
