WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The position holder will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the movement of shipments based on customer requirements. The incumbent must work closely with a Field Sales team and operations team. He / She must have sound knowledge and understanding of the customer’s freight & shipping requirements.

• Must be capable of selling the full range of DP World Logistics services and products to customers.
• Provide professional representation of DP World Logistics in satisfying customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction continuously.
• Timely customer complaint reparation and inquiry response.
• Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.
