Creates a good coordination of the field sales engineers both with customers and with other departments of the company.
Organizes and coordinates sales activities; and follows up opportunities/decision makers on CRM.
Analysis the projects, makes needed calculations, prepares drawings and sales quotations.
Identifies new opportunities / potential decision-makers and effectively navigate sales engineers into these opportunities.
Gives customers first line support and improve daily communication.
Registers and follows up the orders, acts as a primary contact for factories' and other sister companies' customer services.
