- Daily customer contact via phone and email.
- Preparing, processing, and following up on quotations and orders.
- Providing administrative support to account managers.
- Handling and following up on complaints until resolution.
- Managing customer files and updating CRM information.
- Coordinating with logistics and planning for deliveries.
- Preparing sales reports and analyses.
- Contributing ideas to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.
- SGood command of Dutch and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Accurate, organised, and good at setting priorities.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP).
