Sales Support Co Ordinator

About The Role

• Due to business growth we are currently seeking a Sales Co‑ordinator, to work within our Technical Sales department.
• Duties will include but not limited to:
• Working alongsidethe Technical sales team to support with maintain and update clients records, and update our internal ERP system.
• Assisting with the creation and updating of sales packs for clients.
• Assist with Identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
