Sales Support

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Support to join a small team based in Laindon, Essex. We are looking for somebody who can work quickly and accurately, with good communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing Manager whom you will report to.

Responsibilities

• Contacting current customers to find out if they have any requirements
• Sending and chasing up quotations with customers
• Chasing suppliers for updates on purchase orders and communicating updates with customers
• Updating the CRM system
• Answering the telephone and replying to emails
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with all other general administrative tasks
