Responsibilities

• Sales Administration : Assist in the preparation of sales materials, quotes, and meeting logistics; maintain sales documentation and CRM updates.
• Client Communication Support : Coordinate basic client outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling under the direction of the Sales Support Specialist.
• Demo and Presentation Coordination : Provide logistical assistance for product demos, webinars, and internal/external presentations.
• Proposal and Documentation Support : Help compile, format, and finalise responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Internal Collaboration : Work with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to collect required content and updates.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain records of pipeline activities and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
