Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator

Not Rocket Science is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our offline sales team across India.
This is a head-office coordination role, not a field sales role. The person will act as the main point of contact between our offline sales team, distributors, accounts, warehouse, and internal operations team.
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate distributor orders, invoicing, dispatches, and delivery updates

- Act as the HO point of contact for the offline sales team

- Follow up with accounts, warehouse, distributors, and sales team to close pending items

- Maintain order, invoice, dispatch, and pending-status trackers

- Support field sales team with samples, claims, schemes, documents, and backend requirements

- Escalate stock, payment, invoice, or dispatch issues to the reporting manager

- Share daily/weekly updates on order and dispatch status
