Purpose of the Role
To successfully develop and control the sales processes & systems in support of the overall sales effort to win new business and support existing clients. Some support includes participation in all tender and bid comment processing and ensuring compliance and on‑time delivery of all tenders.
Main Functions Of The Job Processes / Systems Administer existing sales processes and systems Translate processes into systems (CRM) through the CRM development team Continuous improvement of sales processes (in relation to quality standards, especially client service and efficiencies) and assist in implementing these approved processes with the Sales Support Specialist Co‑ordination of ad‑hoc process/systems projects as assigned Implementing ISO and other standards requirements into processes, as well as attending ISO meetings and audits Sales Pipeline Administration Client Support Attending to client queries Investigation and resolution of client queries through inter...Ready to Apply?
