About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a BPO / Call Center environment . This role is key to achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction , and ensuring operational excellence. You'll act as a bridge between frontline agents and senior management, driving performance and engagement .
Team Leadership & Coaching Supervise daily sales operations and agent activities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to boost performance Motivate and inspire the team to exceed sales goals
Performance Management Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, call quality & adherence Deliver regular feedback and corrective action plans Analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
