Sales Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and delivery, ensuring adherence to company SOPs
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand image
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
• Manage budgets, track sales performance, and maximize profitability
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts
• Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to the head office
• Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation
• Communicate effectively with the head office and manage overall store performance

Qualifications

• College Graduate or College Level
• Experience in sales and store operations
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Customer service-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
