Sales Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our watch boutique(s) at KL/ Selangor area. You will drive outlet sales, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record
• Retail operations knowledge, including stock control and visual merchandising
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
• English proficiency; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Able to work at Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya/ Sunway
• Able to do live selling or having sales experience in social media is an added advantage.
