Salary Range : ₱30,000 - ₱35,000

The Role

The Sales Supervisor (Feed Millers) will lead and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role includes coaching, training, tracking team performance, and helping implement sales strategies.

Team Leadership

• Manage and guide a team of sales representatives.
• Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Training And Development

• Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
