Sales Supervisor (Bilingual)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field

At least 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or wire harness industry

Proven experience in handling Japanese clients and business transactions is highly preferred

Proficient in Nihongo (JLPT N2 or N3 level preferred), with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing

Strong Background In

• B2B sales and account management
• Quotation preparation and price negotiation
• Production coordination and delivery monitoring
• Customer complaint handling and resolution

Knowledge of PEZA regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools
