The Sales Specialist role within the Operations department, responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing units in assigned areas..
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively search for and identify supply units in assigned areas and categories.
- Conduct outreach, pitches, and in-person or virtual meetings with potential suppliers.
- Sell the platform value proposition and close units against defined targets.
- Own and manage the acquisition pipeline to ensure continuous supply growth.
- • Own unit acquisition targets for specific zones or territories.
- • Build deep market knowledge to identify high-potential supply pockets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven KPIs.
