About the Role As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Flash on the ground — meeting merchants, explaining our solution, and ensuring they start transacting successfully.

Your mission is to acquire, activate, and retain small merchants (cafés, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and retailers) while providing them with a seamless onboarding experience.
