Job Description
The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in accelerating onboarding, driving tool adoption, and enhancing sales effectiveness across the Inside Sales (ISS) organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to Enablement, Marketing, Programs, and Operations, ensuring ISS teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and guidance needed to engage customers effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Acceleration: Serve as a key contributor to the formal onboarding process, supporting new hires and mentors to reduce ramp time and improve early productivity.
- Cross-Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between ISS and internal teams including Enablement, Marketing, and Programs to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
