Key Responsibilities (R&R

)Customer Relationship & Account Managemen

t• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region

.• Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports

.• Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships

.• Add new customer accounts from the assigned region

.• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS)

.• Coordinate customer visits, audits, and interactions with internal teams

.Business Development & Sales Growt

h• Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regula
