**Qualifications for the role**:
- Engineering or Business degree (BSc, MSc) within electrical
- Professional with Minimum 5 year’s experience in the energy industries
- Experience in engineering and project execution is an advantage
- Fluent in Norwegian or English (Written and Spoken)
- Knowledge about market requirements and standards within the industry is positive.

- Strong communications and collaborative skills
