Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to dealers and customers

• Handle service coordination effectively

• Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and presentations

• Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Technical education background is mandatory (Diploma/B.Tech or equivalent)

• Experience in the battery industry will be preferred
