- Develop new business opportunities for Ocean and Air freight services
- Maintain and follow up assigned customer accounts as Sales Representative
- Prepare quotations requested by customers and overseas/Japan headquarters
- Coordinate shipments including customs clearance, inland transportation, export packing, and documentation
- Record sales and cost data in internal systems
- Issue invoices and payment requests
- Identify and manage subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships
- Coordinate internally with operations and overseas branches
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in the Ocean/freight forwarding industry
- Strong knowledge of Ocean and Air freight shipment processes including customs clearance and export/import documentation
