Responsibilities

• Promote the Company and prospect for new customers.
• Formulate, implement and execute sales strategies/plans to maximize sales and increase market share.
• Achieve sales budgets set by the Company.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Be responsible for payment collection and credit recommendation.
• Service existing customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction and loyalty with aim of growing sales.
• Feedback and/or analyze market information.
• Understand customer requirements and formulate proposals with assistance of professional services team.
• Conduct sales oriented presentation and discussions with customers and prepare relevant correspondence for closure of sales.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
