A growing medical company is expanding its 1099 sales force and seeking experienced wound care sales professionals with strong provider relationships and familiarity with the skin substitute space.

Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

~20%-30% commission based on experience and existing business that is brought on.

~ Individualized sales training and support to help convert sales and manage customer needs.

~ Customer training and guides to ensure compliance with regulations, decreasing the probability of denials and unfavorable audit outcomes.

~ Customer and rep. portals to make insurance verification, tissue tracking, product ordering, and invoice payment easy, diminishing administrative workload, allowing sales representatives to focus on growing sales, and increasing customer retention rates.
