**Job Description:**

+ Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
+ Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
+ Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

**Job Requirements:**

+ A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the dental field, or more experience in the medical device field.
+ Strong communication and selling skills.
+ Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
+ Cold-call and prospecting capabilities.
+ Strong problem-solving attitude.
+ Able to work well with peers and across functions.
+ Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
