Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities



Promote and sell Kink Cakes products (cakes, cupcakes, fondant creations) to new and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth strategies.

Manage inquiries across multiple channels (Messenger, Instagram, Viber, GrabFood, Foodpanda).

Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.



Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (food industry experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with online ordering platforms and social media engagement.
