Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers.
- Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines.
- Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team.
- Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication.
- Build rapport and close deals confidently; we don’t chase, we lead.
- Respond to objections and queries with tact and a “no-funny-business” tone.
- Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required).
- Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of A1 Express Car Removal or CarDeath.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English — must sound confident, clear, and natural.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text).
- Strong quoting and negotiation skills — you know how to close without pushiness.
