To manage and develop customers by providing consultation and sales of microbiological testing and hygiene services, interpreting laboratory results, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting customer satisfaction and sales growth
- To manage existing customers and develop new customers by providing consultation
- To respond to customer inquiries and develop service proposals based on customer needs
- To coordinate with internal teams to present microbiological testing services and solutions
- To read and understand microbiological laboratory test results
- To analyze test results to identify the type and level of microorganisms detected
- To explain test results and microbiological management approaches to customers
- To propose and sell services suitable for managing the detected microorganisms
