Responsibilities
- Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and utilize the virtual presentation in order to maximize the prospects client experience
- Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determines which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate division when necessary
- Maintain availability for transferred calls through SurePayroll sales line to maximize connection rate and optimize prospective client’s experience
- Assisting customer in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting
