Winterhalter Australia – NSW Sales Representative

Location / Territory:

• Based around NSW & ACT (Wollongong → Newcastle → Wagga)
• Head office in Glendenning, NSW
• Mainly field-based; some WFH and office days as needed

Salary & Package:

• $80,000–$100,000 + super
• Car allowance: $10,000
• Commission likely deferred 6–12 months

Team & Support:

• Work alongside high-performing rep James Dub (7 years with Winterhalter)
• Hands-on training and mentoring included
• Report to NSW Sales Manager

Role Focus:

• 100% dealer-focused
• Strengthen and grow dealer network
• Occasional cold calls to end-users
• On-site product demos and technical support
• Maintain strong relationships and account management
