Sales Rep / Warehouse Operative

Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Assistant/Warehouse Operative to join the team to provide Industrial fabrication equipment, gases and PPE supporting local mining, private, oil and gas industries in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing:

• This role is split 50/50 across customer service/sales and warehouse operations, providing face-to-face customer service and support to walk-in customers
• Handling inbound phone enquiries, discussing products/services, pricing and availability with customers
• Processing sales transactions, generating invoices and completing general administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Conduct regular warehouse stocktakes and inventory control
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders and gas bottles for collection and deliveries
