Sales Relation Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with loan consultants (existing and new)
• Maintain regular communication with active and inactive loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact for all concerns and inquiries of loan consultants, address and resolve any issue, concerns and complaints promptly
• Track and monitor loan consultants’ daily releases and productions and provide regular reports to Branch Manager
• Provide reports on loan consultants feedback and potential issues to Branch Manager
• Endorse back to Branch Manager (BM) if they see that the concerns of loan consultants are being answered repeatedly and the same way
• Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and the achievement of strategic goa...
