JOB PURPOSE

The role of the sales progressor is:

è Organise the preparation of new and used vehicles in line with customer and business demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

è Create internal WIP and liaise with technical staff for completion of preparation for sale/delivery.

è Update the internal communication system and obtain authorisation for additional work.

è Maintain regular contact with internal customers to ensure good working relationships.

è Ensure all brand standards are always adhered to and maintained.

è Work with colleagues and other teams across the business to deliver high levels of customer service.

è Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles.

è Manage the preparation of vehicles.

è Manage the logistics of vehicle movements and deliveries.

è Full UK driving licence.
