Sales & Program Manager - Medical

(Manufacturing – Semiconductor / Medical Sectors – Not Healthcare/Hospital Services)

Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to expand medical industry portfolio. Effectively leading the NPI to ensure the project process is meeting the timeline.

Responsibilities

1) Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Help the selling tasks in contributing to the company’s growth and attainment of set goals in the Sales Department.
• Manage and resolve conflicts on NPI related and work with internal departments on Corrective Action.
• Lead the NPI team on Quotation, QRF Hit Rate Report, Project Tracker, and other compilation required to track the progress on new business.
• Take part in activities such as Trade Exhibitions, Seminars, Training Courses.
