About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Sales Program Manager to drive sales analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate should be from an IIT background with a strong foundation in analytics, data interpretation, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end sales analytics and reporting frameworks
Design, build, and maintain real-time sales dashboards and MIS reports
Track key sales KPIs including revenue, pipeline, conversion ratios, productivity, and forecasting accuracy
