What you'll be doing:

Selling either new or used vehicles to a steady flow of customers across walk-ins, phone leads, and online inquiries. Building genuine relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. Managing your pipeline, following up without being told, and hitting targets that actually mean something to your paycheque. Every deal you close is a direct reflection of the effort you put in.
