Sales & Product Manager, Pharma & Personal Care

Mission

Our new Sales & Product Manager will support a twofold mission: 1) Maintaining and developing sales, and 2) managing product portfolios to meet principal targets. The role will be split between our Pharma segment (80%) and Personal Care segment (20%), focusing on the Finnish market. The role requires frequent travel across Finland and occasional travel to our office in Denmark.

Main accountabilities of the role

• Own and grow an expanding customer base by spending time in the field, conducting regular account visits, and building strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at all levels.
• Collect, analyze, and translate market, product, competitor, and industry insights into clear recommendations that support and shape the company’s forward strategy.
