Candidate will be part of Sales Operation Center, which is a sub‑team of B2B‑Operations in Jazz Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & New Sales Activations of B2B Customers according to defined SOPs & KPIs.
• Authentication, verification, and system audit of customer data & documents, including post‑vetting of documents.
• Perform inbound calls, new sales activations GSM & FIXED, and post‑vetting of documents in line with SOPs & KPIs.
• Work under pressure, be an energetic team player and able to perform multi‑tasking.
• Use and manage systems such as CSRTB, SFA, ServiceNow & NgTRACER.
• Carry out system audits of customer data & documents in accordance with internal & PTA SOPs.
