About the Role


As Sales Operations Manager, you will lead the North America Sales Operations team, a function that sits at the very center of how the business operates and grows. You will be accountable for ensuring the seamless execution of treaty onboarding, data quality management, operational controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will partner with stakeholders across Client Markets, Treaty Administration, Finance, Valuation, and global Operations to deliver operational excellence at scale.
