Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager is a professional manager leading a team of field service professionals and collaborates with Account Managers and Sales Director for developing, implementing, and managing operations and service processes in the Caspian region to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential responsibilities

• Working with existing customers / indirect channel partners (distributors and partners) in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to meet service needs, including monitoring of the effectiveness of the applied solutions and equipment maintenance.

• Under direct supervision of the Sales Director developing the opportunities pipeline.

• Outlining, presenting and selling the value of products and services that can benefit customer needs.

• Perform site audits to provide technical and commercial proposals to the end users.
