As part of our growth, we are seeking a driven Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This role is critical in bridging communication between customers, engineering, operations, and partner ISPs, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and partner ISPs to facilitate clear communication and timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate end-to-end customer onboarding, provisioning, and activation processes for wireless broadband and DIA solutions.
