Role Overview We're looking for a highly driven Sales & Operations Associate to work directly with the founder in launching and scaling Native Blend. This is a hands-on role focused on building sales channels, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth execution as we take the brand from zero to market. You'll spend time both in the field driving business and behind the scenes making sure operations run efficiently. If you enjoy ownership, solving problems, and building from scratch, this role is for you.
Sales & Market Development Drive initial sales across HoReCa, retail, and institutional channels.
Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Conduct market visits, product sampling, and customer meetings.
Build relationships with early customers and gather market feedback.
