Job Description

A Sales Operations Analyst is a crucial member of the marketing team, focusing on optimizing marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis, technology management, and process improvement. 
Key responsibilities 
Data Analysis: Analyzing data from various marketing platforms (web analytics, CRM, etc.) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. 
Technology Management: Overseeing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), and analytics tools. 
Performance Reporting: Developing and maintaining dashboards (i.e., SFDC Einstein Analytics, Power BI) and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
