LHH is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a direct hire job opportunity in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the effectiveness of a growing organization. This role will focus on improving sales performance through accurate reporting, consistent forecasting, strong CRM discipline, and data-driven insights. This is a hands-on position that partners closely with sales leadership to improve visibility into business performance and ensure operational consistency across the sales process.
