Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for selling the Bank’s acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker network

Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions

Arrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokers

Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers’ documentary requirements

Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course

At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm
