Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful property company based in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to further their career within a dynamic and customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sale of residential properties from initial instruction through to completion.

Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.

Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.

Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, always ensuring the best outcome for clients.

Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales.

Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
