Job description

.Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share

.Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments

·Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely. Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target

. Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers

Profile

. At least 5 years work experience related to sales is preferred
·Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting
·Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
