Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service assigned supermarket outlets within a major retail chain
- Ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked with the company’s rice products
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize out-of-stock situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and area managers
- Proactively engage stakeholders to secure additional shelf space, displays, and promotional opportunities
- Execute in-store merchandising standards, including product placement, planogram compliance, and display quality
- Conduct regular store visits to check product visibility, pricing accuracy, and competitor activities
- Support and implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations
