Sales & Marketing Lead

The Position

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Sales & Marketing Lead at Luther Riverside Terrace (LRT) is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other divisions to achieve organizational priorities at Luther Riverside Terrace. The Sales & Marketing Lead supports strategy by using their skill to showcase the advantages and amenities of LRT while promoting the services offered by LCC.

The Sales & Marketing Lead demonstrates divisional expertise to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident‑first culture. Their work focuses on LRT while supporting the division.

Accountable for the following key areas: Division Support, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Position Functions, Analysis & Use of Information, Reporting.
