WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Market Security Manager, your main focus will be to develop, implement, and oversee the security service areas for the sales market across our stores and offices. Lead a team of security professionals and specialists accountable for ensuring the protection of our people, reputation, and assets creating a secure, safe and ethical environment.

Your responsibilities are:

• Serve as a senior escalation point for potential misconduct, fraud, investigations and policy breaches
• Coordinate scenario planning, crisis simulation exercises and cross-functional response activation
• Lead the loss prevention strategy and oversee implementation. Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure measures are in place to reduce shrinkage across all channels
